I worked with Jared Potter this fall to buy my Kenai home and he made it a great experience! It was my 1st home purchase (as a single woman in a new state) and I felt I could trust him and his recommendations and suggestions and he was very easy to work with. He not only helped me find my home but he also helped me navigate the home buying process when my mortgage company wasn't responsive or helpful. If you would like a realtor that isn't pushy, knows the area as well as what its like to move here from another state, Jared is your man. And although I didn't work with Glenda very much, she was friendly and helpful. Really a great team and I would refer my friends to them in a heartbeat!

September 2, 2022This week I closed on my VERY first house. It’s small, bits it’s perfect for me. Being young but ready for this step, I was so nervous... but these guys made this process easy, and helped me get here. September 2, 2019I was not happy when the Remax real estate agent came to my home that I was running and informed me that the owner was selling it. Not a good way to find out you're going to have to move maybe. She did a good job selling the house very cheaply quickly but I would never use her. Glinda is not professional nor very friendly.

For three years we tried to sell on our own, then we handed it over to Glenda Feeken and Team and two offers later it was sold! We would like to thank Glenda for the excellent job in selling our house, keeping us updated on where we were at, suggestions in making it more presentable and then getting documents to us to sign in a timely manner. My wife and I were from out of the state, and Glenda spent significant time to make sure there were plenty of homes for us to view the one weekend we were able to visit, as well as steering us away from homes that she didn't recommend. Once we had decided on a home, the entire process to purchase the home went smoothly, even though we had to do it all remotely. Her and her team were very professional and extremely responsive, and made our move up to Alaska seamless.
