Very satisfied with the whole experience

Glenda and her team were amazing to work with. My wife and I were from out of the state, and Glenda spent significant time to make sure there were plenty of homes for us to view the one weekend we were able to visit, as well as steering us away from homes that she didn't recommend. Once we had decided on a home, the entire process to purchase the home went smoothly, even though we had to do it all remotely. Her and her team were very professional and extremely responsive, and made our move up to Alaska seamless.

VERY disappointed in this brokerage. I called and Glenda talked to me for a minute but then literally hung up on me. Extremely unprofessional! It really surprised me since the brokerage has mostly quite good reviews. I'm guessing Glenda has a good game face if you fit into what she wants, but if not then lookout. Taking my business to another broker!
