Glenda is the greatest. She's been there for my family for many decades now, spanning three properties all the way back to the 90s (long before google reviews). Certainly there are many good realtors in the area, but for me Glenda is the total package-- straightforward, genuine, has the wisdom and relationships needed to be great at her profession that you can only have from doing business in the community for so many years. She helped my father sell one property, buy another, and now has been such a support to me selling my childhood home through an estate settlement. Glenda is the real deal.

Glenda’s knowledge of the market and of the buying/selling process is extensive, and this expertise helped guide us through all parts of the process. Glenda communicated effectively through phone calls and emails. She kept us informed through the whole process and made herself available when we had questions. VERY disappointed in this brokerage. I called and Glenda talked to me for a minute but then literally hung up on me. Extremely unprofessional! It really surprised me since the brokerage has mostly quite good reviews. I'm guessing Glenda has a good game face if you fit into what she wants, but if not then lookout. Taking my business to another broker!

Love Glenda! She had my back and wasn't looking for a quick commission, warning me away from a poor deal/house several times. But, once it was go time, she was a bulldog when it came to closing details and kept negotiations moving.

Life is always fascinating. Found myself involved in a situation where I was requested to sell property, including our house. It was not an amicable situation to be involved in selling a home. Glenda was great as she used common sense, reason, and her experience to come to a fair market price and eventually sell the house. She was always easy to reach as people came to look at the house (while it was occupied). It was probably as difficult a situation as there can be with both owners holding different perspectives on price and closure.
