Jared guided my husband and I through the entire house-buying process. We’re first-time homebuyers, and we’re so glad we went with Jared and the RE/MAX team. We relied on Jared to know the ins and outs of the process, since we weren’t familiar with any of it. He had really good recommendations for a local lender, a good home inspector, and a good title company. He was on top of everything, but also had a really laid-back vibe, which kept stress levels low during what can be an anxious time for many. Glenda was really friendly and warm, too. I have friends who found buying a house stressful, but we actually had a lot of fun looking for and buying our house. I think that’s 100% due to having an excellent team helping us. My wife and I were from out of the state, and Glenda spent significant time to make sure there were plenty of homes for us to view the one weekend we were able to visit, as well as steering us away from homes that she didn't recommend. Once we had decided on a home, the entire process to purchase the home went smoothly, even though we had to do it all remotely. Her and her team were very professional and extremely responsive, and made our move up to Alaska seamless.

The first house we stepped into was the one but we wanted to be sure. She helped us thru everything, getting the right loan process for our family to getting us into it as quickly as possible.
