My favorite thing about working with Jared is I know he sincerely wanted me to find a house that was right for me, not just look for a quick and easy sell. He was patient over many months’ time and I truly feel like he had my back when it came to avoiding something that may be not the wisest purchase. He always knew the facts I needed at the listings, and was quick to find the information on the questions I had if he didn’t know. While Jared was out of town, Glenda showed me the home I ultimately ended up purchasing. She is very knowledgeable in the industry, and I was in great hands in the due diligence and negotiations phase. Communication with both was quick and efficient. my fiance and I bought our first house and closed earlier this month. Glenda took us to about 15 house if not more. The first house we stepped into was the one but we wanted to be sure. Life is always fascinating. Found myself involved in a situation where I was requested to sell property, including our house. It was not an amicable situation to be involved in selling a home. Glenda was great as she used common sense, reason, and her experience to come to a fair market price and eventually sell the house. She was always easy to reach as people came to look at the house (while it was occupied). It was probably as difficult a situation as there can be with both owners holding different perspectives on price and closure.
