September 2, 2015I worked with Jared Potter this fall to buy my Kenai home and he made it a great experience! It was my 1st home purchase (as a single woman in a new state) and I felt I could trust him and his recommendations and suggestions and he was very easy to work with. He not only helped me find my home but he also helped me navigate the home buying process when my mortgage company wasn't responsive or helpful. If you would like a realtor that isn't pushy, knows the area as well as what its like to move here from another state, Jared is your man. And although I didn't work with Glenda very much, she was friendly and helpful. Really a great team and I would refer my friends to them in a heartbeat!

DO NOT USE THIS AGENT. She hung up on me before I could tell her that we were listing the house with an agent; when she received the contact form from a website, it was from me testing the site to see what would happen if I checked the box to contact the owner (me) directly. When she found out I was the owner and it is a FSBO right now, before hearing me say I might be looking for an agent, she chose instead TO HANG UP ON ME. I called her back; she was dismissive and weird. I would not recommend this agent, not ever. She is unprofessional and just plain rude.
