How’s the market? The Kenai and Soldotna real estate markets had a good week with eight home sales, one investment properties sale and no land sales. The inventory of existing homes has grown with fifteen new single family home listings, ten less than the prior week. Soldotna property is selling well and the Kenai real estate market is surging with new listings. The inventory of homes for sale continues to grow with an average of 407 homes listed in the area.
