This market snapshot was prepared for real estate and homes for sale in Kenai, Soldotna, North Kenai, Ridgeway, K-Beach, Sterling, Funny River, Kasilof and South of Soldotna.

 

How’s the market? The Kenai real estate & Soldotna home markets have come off a strong week last week but still had a solid showing with six home sales and eleven new pending transactions.
