How’s the market? The Kenai and Soldotna real estate market are on a upswing with nine home sales, no investment properties sale and three land sales. The inventory of existing homes has surged with thirty new single family home listings over the last week. Almost half were in Soldotna with the remaining half split bewteen Kenai and Kasilof. The inventory of homes for sale continues to grow with an average of 398 homes listed in the area.
