my fiance and I bought our first house and closed earlier this month. Glenda took us to about 15 house if not more. The first house we stepped into was the one but we wanted to be sure. She helped us thru everything, getting the right loan process for our family to getting us into it as quickly as possible. She was amazing with my daughter who asks alot of questions and is always energized. She will be the one we go thru if we need to buy or sell again.

Glenda is the greatest. She's been there for my family for many decades now, spanning three properties all the way back to the 90s (long before google reviews). Certainly there are many good realtors in the area, but for me Glenda is the total package-- straightforward, genuine, has the wisdom and relationships needed to be great at her profession that you can only have from doing business in the community for so many years. She helped my father sell one property, buy another, and now has been such a support to me selling my childhood home through an estate settlement. Glenda is the real deal.

Glenda came to be our agent through a much used real estate website, basically a “luck of the draw” situation. Thankfully, we hit the jackpot! DO NOT USE THIS AGENT. She hung up on me before I could tell her that we were listing the house with an agent; when she received the contact form from a website, it was from me testing the site to see what would happen if I checked the box to contact the owner (me) directly. When she found out I was the owner and it is a FSBO right now, before hearing me say I might be looking for an agent, she chose instead TO HANG UP ON ME. I called her back; she was dismissive and weird. I would not recommend this agent, not ever. She is unprofessional and just plain rude.
