September 2, 2023VERY disappointed in this brokerage. I called and Glenda talked to me for a minute but then literally hung up on me. Extremely unprofessional! It really surprised me since the brokerage has mostly quite good reviews. I'm guessing Glenda has a good game face if you fit into what she wants, but if not then lookout. Taking my business to another broker!

DO NOT USE THIS AGENT. She hung up on me before I could tell her that we were listing the house with an agent; when she received the contact form from a website, it was from me testing the site to see what would happen if I checked the box to contact the owner (me) directly. When she found out I was the owner and it is a FSBO right now, before hearing me say I might be looking for an agent, she chose instead TO HANG UP ON ME. I called her back; she was dismissive and weird. I would not recommend this agent, not ever. She is unprofessional and just plain rude.
