Glenda is the greatest. She's been there for my family for many decades now, spanning three properties all the way back to the 90s (long before google reviews). Certainly there are many good realtors in the area, but for me Glenda is the total package-- straightforward, genuine, has the wisdom and relationships needed to be great at her profession that you can only have from doing business in the community for so many years. She helped my father sell one property, buy another, and now has been such a support to me selling my childhood home through an estate settlement. Glenda is the real deal.

For three years we tried to sell on our own, then we handed it over to Glenda Feeken and Team and two offers later it was sold! We would like to thank Glenda for the excellent job in selling our house, keeping us updated on where we were at, suggestions in making it more presentable and then getting documents to us to sign in a timely manner. We highly recommend them.

Team Feeken was wonderful to work with. I didn't know a thing about selling a house but that was ok. We were educated on the ins and outs. Life is always fascinating. Found myself involved in a situation where I was requested to sell property, including our house. It was not an amicable situation to be involved in selling a home. Glenda was great as she used common sense, reason, and her experience to come to a fair market price and eventually sell the house. She was always easy to reach as people came to look at the house (while it was occupied). It was probably as difficult a situation as there can be with both owners holding different perspectives on price and closure. This week I closed on my VERY first house. It’s small, bits it’s perfect for me. DO NOT USE THIS AGENT. She hung up on me before I could tell her that we were listing the house with an agent; when she received the contact form from a website, it was from me testing the site to see what would happen if I checked the box to contact the owner (me) directly. When she found out I was the owner and it is a FSBO right now, before hearing me say I might be looking for an agent, she chose instead TO HANG UP ON ME. I called her back; she was dismissive and weird. I would not recommend this agent, not ever. She is unprofessional and just plain rude.
