I worked with Jared Potter this fall to buy my Kenai home and he made it a great experience! It was my 1st home purchase (as a single woman in a new state) and I felt I could trust him and his recommendations and suggestions and he was very easy to work with. He not only helped me find my home but he also helped me navigate the home buying process when my mortgage company wasn't responsive or helpful. If you would like a realtor that isn't pushy, knows the area as well as what its like to move here from another state, Jared is your man. And although I didn't work with Glenda very much, she was friendly and helpful. Really a great team and I would refer my friends to them in a heartbeat!

Life is always fascinating. Found myself involved in a situation where I was requested to sell property, including our house. It was not an amicable situation to be involved in selling a home. Glenda was great as she used common sense, reason, and her experience to come to a fair market price and eventually sell the house. She was always easy to reach as people came to look at the house (while it was occupied). It was probably as difficult a situation as there can be with both owners holding different perspectives on price and closure. I was not happy when the Remax real estate agent came to my home that I was running and informed me that the owner was selling it. Not a good way to find out you're going to have to move maybe. She did a good job selling the house very cheaply quickly but I would never use her. Glinda is not professional nor very friendly.
