I am very impressed with the level of expertise and service I received from Team Feeken throughout the process of purchasing my first home. Glenda and Jason were very informative, professional, and kept in CONSTANT contact with me throughout the entire process. I initially chose to work with Glenda because of her stellar reputation in the community and many years of experience. Glenda and her team went ABOVE AND BEYOND my expectations. I honestly thought the process would be more stressful than it was. Glenda was even there at my closing with a wonderful housewarming gift. I cannot say enough about how pleased I am. I cannot say enough great things about Glenda and Team Feeken. I came into their office looking for a rental and even though they didn't deal in rentals they wouldn't let me leave until I had a long list of contacts and numbers to call. The rentals didn't pan out so I came back looking for a home to buy. My family was living in a hotel/camping. We needed a house FAST. Glenda was the perfect person. She got sellers agents going and we were moved in so fast and she took care of all the head aches we dealt with at closing. Amazing, wonderful, caring, so so so many things to describe ReMax Kenai. I once heard a man describe Glenda as a "mover, shaker, go getter". That's exactly what she is!

Very satisfied with the whole experience

Life is always fascinating. Found myself involved in a situation where I was requested to sell property, including our house. It was not an amicable situation to be involved in selling a home. Glenda was great as she used common sense, reason, and her experience to come to a fair market price and eventually sell the house. She was always easy to reach as people came to look at the house (while it was occupied). It was probably as difficult a situation as there can be with both owners holding different perspectives on price and closure. Glenda was professional throughout and a source of calm during a very stormy time. Highest recommendation. Thank you again Glenda.

DO NOT USE THIS AGENT. She hung up on me before I could tell her that we were listing the house with an agent; when she received the contact form from a website, it was from me testing the site to see what would happen if I checked the box to contact the owner (me) directly. When she found out I was the owner and it is a FSBO right now, before hearing me say I might be looking for an agent, she chose instead TO HANG UP ON ME. I called her back; she was dismissive and weird. I would not recommend this agent, not ever. She is unprofessional and just plain rude.

I receive top quality, professional care and we closed on our first house in months. Both Jason and Glenda took extra time to answer our questions as we closed. Glenda has a great understanding of the housing market and had our house in mind before we even saw it. Jason took extra time to answer questions and always picked up the phone or returned calls.
