Jared guided my husband and I through the entire house-buying process. We’re first-time homebuyers, and we’re so glad we went with Jared and the RE/MAX team. We relied on Jared to know the ins and outs of the process, since we weren’t familiar with any of it. He had really good recommendations for a local lender, a good home inspector, and a good title company. He was on top of everything, but also had a really laid-back vibe, which kept stress levels low during what can be an anxious time for many. Glenda was really friendly and warm, too. I have friends who found buying a house stressful, but we actually had a lot of fun looking for and buying our house. I think that’s 100% due to having an excellent team helping us. I worked with Jared Potter this fall to buy my Kenai home and he made it a great experience! It was my 1st home purchase (as a single woman in a new state) and I felt I could trust him and his recommendations and suggestions and he was very easy to work with. He not only helped me find my home but he also helped me navigate the home buying process when my mortgage company wasn't responsive or helpful. If you would like a realtor that isn't pushy, knows the area as well as what its like to move here from another state, Jared is your man. And although I didn't work with Glenda very much, she was friendly and helpful. Really a great team and I would refer my friends to them in a heartbeat!
