Best Home Buying Experience Ever!!! Glenda and her team helped to make our family’s first home buying experience an excellent one!!! Glenda’s knowledge of the market and of the buying/selling process is extensive, and this expertise helped guide us through all parts of the process. Glenda communicated effectively through phone calls and emails. She kept us informed through the whole process and made herself available when we had questions. Glenda was the one who found our dream home. I would have never imagined that we would have gone from looking at homes with Glenda as our guide, to actually owning a beautiful home within a month and a half of beginning the process. This was only possible because of Glenda’s abilities and excellent communication skills. She kept the ball rolling through all the phases and ensured that there were no snags along the way. DO NOT USE THIS AGENT. She hung up on me before I could tell her that we were listing the house with an agent; when she received the contact form from a website, it was from me testing the site to see what would happen if I checked the box to contact the owner (me) directly. When she found out I was the owner and it is a FSBO right now, before hearing me say I might be looking for an agent, she chose instead TO HANG UP ON ME. I called her back; she was dismissive and weird. I would not recommend this agent, not ever. She is unprofessional and just plain rude.

Life is always fascinating. Found myself involved in a situation where I was requested to sell property, including our house. It was not an amicable situation to be involved in selling a home. Glenda was great as she used common sense, reason, and her experience to come to a fair market price and eventually sell the house. She was always easy to reach as people came to look at the house (while it was occupied). It was probably as difficult a situation as there can be with both owners holding different perspectives on price and closure. Glenda was professional throughout and a source of calm during a very stormy time. Highest recommendation. Thank you again Glenda.

Very satisfied with the whole experience

Jared guided my husband and I through the entire house-buying process. We’re first-time homebuyers, and we’re so glad we went with Jared and the RE/MAX team. We relied on Jared to know the ins and outs of the process, since we weren’t familiar with any of it. He had really good recommendations for a local lender, a good home inspector, and a good title company. He was on top of everything, but also had a really laid-back vibe, which kept stress levels low during what can be an anxious time for many. Glenda was really friendly and warm, too. I have friends who found buying a house stressful, but we actually had a lot of fun looking for and buying our house. I think that’s 100% due to having an excellent team helping us. Whenever we buy or sell again, we’ll be going with RE/MAX.
