Jared Potter and Glenda Feeken were able to help me find the perfect house for me on the Kenai Peninsula. Jared Potter in particular took me to all of the showings, both in person and virtual showings when I was no longer in Alaska but still looking for a home. My favorite thing about working with Jared is I know he sincerely wanted me to find a house that was right for me, not just look for a quick and easy sell. He was patient over many months’ time and I truly feel like he had my back when it came to avoiding something that may be not the wisest purchase. He always knew the facts I needed at the listings, and was quick to find the information on the questions I had if he didn’t know. While Jared was out of town, Glenda showed me the home I ultimately ended up purchasing. She is very knowledgeable in the industry, and I was in great hands in the due diligence and negotiations phase. Communication with both was quick and efficient. Both always took adequate time to explain things to me in a way I could understand. Jared has gone the extra mile even after the buying process, checking in on the house for me until I could get back up to Alaska. It feels nice to be working with someone I feel is 100% trustworthy. I’m extremely pleased with my home buying process with Jared and Glenda and will not hesitate to use them for buying and selling again in the future.
