Jared guided my husband and I through the entire house-buying process. We’re first-time homebuyers, and we’re so glad we went with Jared and the RE/MAX team. He had really good recommendations for a local lender, a good home inspector, and a good title company. He was on top of everything, but also had a really laid-back vibe, which kept stress levels low during what can be an anxious time for many. Glenda was really friendly and warm, too. Life is always fascinating. Found myself involved in a situation where I was requested to sell property, including our house. It was not an amicable situation to be involved in selling a home. Glenda was great as she used common sense, reason, and her experience to come to a fair market price and eventually sell the house. She was always easy to reach as people came to look at the house (while it was occupied). It was probably as difficult a situation as there can be with both owners holding different perspectives on price and closure. Glenda is the greatest. She's been there for my family for many decades now, spanning three properties all the way back to the 90s (long before google reviews). Certainly there are many good realtors in the area, but for me Glenda is the total package-- straightforward, genuine, has the wisdom and relationships needed to be great at her profession that you can only have from doing business in the community for so many years. She helped my father sell one property, buy another, and now has been such a support to me selling my childhood home through an estate settlement. Glenda is the real deal.
