My favorite thing about working with Jared is I know he sincerely wanted me to find a house that was right for me, not just look for a quick and easy sell. He was patient over many months’ time and I truly feel like he had my back when it came to avoiding something that may be not the wisest purchase. He always knew the facts I needed at the listings, and was quick to find the information on the questions I had if he didn’t know. While Jared was out of town, Glenda showed me the home I ultimately ended up purchasing. She is very knowledgeable in the industry, and I was in great hands in the due diligence and negotiations phase. Communication with both was quick and efficient. Both always took adequate time to explain things to me in a way I could understand. Jared has gone the extra mile even after the buying process, checking in on the house for me until I could get back up to Alaska. It feels nice to be working with someone I feel is 100% trustworthy. Life is always fascinating. Found myself involved in a situation where I was requested to sell property, including our house. It was not an amicable situation to be involved in selling a home. Glenda was great as she used common sense, reason, and her experience to come to a fair market price and eventually sell the house. She was always easy to reach as people came to look at the house (while it was occupied). It was probably as difficult a situation as there can be with both owners holding different perspectives on price and closure. Glenda and her team were amazing to work with.
