I cannot say enough great things about Glenda and Team Feeken. I came into their office looking for a rental and even though they didn't deal in rentals they wouldn't let me leave until I had a long list of contacts and numbers to call. The rentals didn't pan out so I came back looking for a home to buy. My family was living in a hotel/camping. We needed a house FAST. Glenda was the perfect person. She got sellers agents going and we were moved in so fast and she took care of all the head aches we dealt with at closing. Amazing, wonderful, caring, so so so many things to describe ReMax Kenai. I once heard a man describe Glenda as a "mover, shaker, go getter". That's exactly what she is!

Glenda and Jared treated my family as their own and turned the process of selling and buying into something special. Glenda is a knowledgeable realtor who's formidable presence is one you'd rather have in your corner than not. I am in their debt and I appreciate everything they've done, 5 stars isn't enough! Jared guided my husband and I through the entire house-buying process. We’re first-time homebuyers, and we’re so glad we went with Jared and the RE/MAX team. We relied on Jared to know the ins and outs of the process, since we weren’t familiar with any of it. He had really good recommendations for a local lender, a good home inspector, and a good title company. He was on top of everything, but also had a really laid-back vibe, which kept stress levels low during what can be an anxious time for many. Glenda was really friendly and warm, too. I have friends who found buying a house stressful, but we actually had a lot of fun looking for and buying our house. I think that’s 100% due to having an excellent team helping us. Whenever we buy or sell again, we’ll be going with RE/MAX.

This week I closed on my VERY first house. It’s small, bits it’s perfect for me. Being young but ready for this step, I was so nervous... but these guys made this process easy, and helped me get here. I appreciate Glenda fighting for me and making sure I got exactly what I needed and wanted. I 100% recommend them to anyone looking for a realtor in this area. Thank you so much guys!

DO NOT USE THIS AGENT. She hung up on me before I could tell her that we were listing the house with an agent; when she received the contact form from a website, it was from me testing the site to see what would happen if I checked the box to contact the owner (me) directly. When she found out I was the owner and it is a FSBO right now, before hearing me say I might be looking for an agent, she chose instead TO HANG UP ON ME. I called her back; she was dismissive and weird. I would not recommend this agent, not ever. She is unprofessional and just plain rude.

Jared Potter and Glenda Feeken were able to help me find the perfect house for me on the Kenai Peninsula. Jared Potter in particular took me to all of the showings, both in person and virtual showings when I was no longer in Alaska but still looking for a home. My favorite thing about working with Jared is I know he sincerely wanted me to find a house that was right for me, not just look for a quick and easy sell. He was patient over many months’ time and I truly feel like he had my back when it came to avoiding something that may be not the wisest purchase. He always knew the facts I needed at the listings, and was quick to find the information on the questions I had if he didn’t know. While Jared was out of town, Glenda showed me the home I ultimately ended up purchasing. She is very knowledgeable in the industry, and I was in great hands in the due diligence and negotiations phase. Communication with both was quick and efficient. Both always took adequate time to explain things to me in a way I could understand. Jared has gone the extra mile even after the buying process, checking in on the house for me until I could get back up to Alaska. It feels nice to be working with someone I feel is 100% trustworthy. I’m extremely pleased with my home buying process with Jared and Glenda and will not hesitate to use them for buying and selling again in the future.
