I wanted to list some properties to sell, but the agent /broker never called back after agreeing with the terms to list!

Glenda is the greatest. She's been there for my family for many decades now, spanning three properties all the way back to the 90s (long before google reviews). Certainly there are many good realtors in the area, but for me Glenda is the total package-- straightforward, genuine, has the wisdom and relationships needed to be great at her profession that you can only have from doing business in the community for so many years.
