I cannot say enough great things about Glenda and Team Feeken. I came into their office looking for a rental and even though they didn't deal in rentals they wouldn't let me leave until I had a long list of contacts and numbers to call. The rentals didn't pan out so I came back looking for a home to buy. My family was living in a hotel/camping. We needed a house FAST. Glenda was the perfect person. She got sellers agents going and we were moved in so fast and she took care of all the head aches we dealt with at closing. Amazing, wonderful, caring, so so so many things to describe ReMax Kenai. I once heard a man describe Glenda as a "mover, shaker, go getter". That's exactly what she is!

Life is always fascinating. Found myself involved in a situation where I was requested to sell property, including our house. It was not an amicable situation to be involved in selling a home. Glenda was great as she used common sense, reason, and her experience to come to a fair market price and eventually sell the house. She was always easy to reach as people came to look at the house (while it was occupied). It was probably as difficult a situation as there can be with both owners holding different perspectives on price and closure. Glenda was professional throughout and a source of calm during a very stormy time. Highest recommendation. Thank you again Glenda.

I was not happy when the Remax real estate agent came to my home that I was running and informed me that the owner was selling it. Not a good way to find out you're going to have to move maybe. She did a good job selling the house very cheaply quickly but I would never use her. Glinda is not professional nor very friendly.

Love Glenda! She had my back and wasn't looking for a quick commission, warning me away from a poor deal/house several times. But, once it was go time, she was a bulldog when it came to closing details and kept negotiations moving.

I have to say thank you to Glenda and her team for once again making our experience with them easy and fun. We have bought and sold quit a few homes through the years and I have always used Glenda. I can say she has never let me down. Thank you again for another job well done.

Glenda and the rest of the team at ReMax of the Peninsula did everything they could to make my home purchasing experience as simple and comfortable as possible. They answered all questions quickly and handled unforeseeable problems with minimal involvement/stress from me.
