September 2, 2014I was not happy when the Remax real estate agent came to my home that I was running and informed me that the owner was selling it. Not a good way to find out you're going to have to move maybe. She did a good job selling the house very cheaply quickly but I would never use her. Glinda is not professional nor very friendly.

Glenda and her entire team are incredible. Glenda is very knowledgeable about the area and offered relevant and helpful information which was not obvious on the surface. The Remax Teams willingness to assist was resoundingly impressive and I even received support in areas outside of a real estate transaction. They went far beyond the call of duty at every juncture. I would highly recommend contacting Glenda for real estate transactions on the Kenai Peninsula.

September 2, 2019DO NOT USE THIS AGENT. She hung up on me before I could tell her that we were listing the house with an agent; when she received the contact form from a website, it was from me testing the site to see what would happen if I checked the box to contact the owner (me) directly. When she found out I was the owner and it is a FSBO right now, before hearing me say I might be looking for an agent, she chose instead TO HANG UP ON ME. I called her back; she was dismissive and weird. I would not recommend this agent, not ever. She is unprofessional and just plain rude.
