November 2, 2023Glenda is the greatest. She's been there for my family for many decades now, spanning three properties all the way back to the 90s (long before google reviews). Certainly there are many good realtors in the area, but for me Glenda is the total package-- straightforward, genuine, has the wisdom and relationships needed to be great at her profession that you can only have from doing business in the community for so many years. She helped my father sell one property, buy another, and now has been such a support to me selling my childhood home through an estate settlement. Glenda is the real deal.

My wife and I were from out of the state, and Glenda spent significant time to make sure there were plenty of homes for us to view the one weekend we were able to visit, as well as steering us away from homes that she didn't recommend. Once we had decided on a home, the entire process to purchase the home went smoothly, even though we had to do it all remotely. Her and her team were very professional and extremely responsive, and made our move up to Alaska seamless.

I came into their office looking for a rental and even though they didn't deal in rentals they wouldn't let me leave until I had a long list of contacts and numbers to call. The rentals didn't pan out so I came back looking for a home to buy. My family was living in a hotel/camping. We needed a house FAST. Glenda was the perfect person. She got sellers agents going and we were moved in so fast and she took care of all the head aches we dealt with at closing. Amazing, wonderful, caring, so so so many things to describe ReMax Kenai. I once heard a man describe Glenda as a "mover, shaker, go getter". That's exactly what she is!

Glenda and her team are hands down the best on the peninsula! They are knowledgeable about every neighborhood, every house, and every deal. Whether you're a local or someone out of state looking to buy/sell on the peninsula I highly recommend RE/MAX of the Peninsula. Team Feeken are professionals, on top of things, and highly accommodating. I can't express how grateful I am for all their help.

She hung up on me before I could tell her that we were listing the house with an agent; when she received the contact form from a website, it was from me testing the site to see what would happen if I checked the box to contact the owner (me) directly. When she found out I was the owner and it is a FSBO right now, before hearing me say I might be looking for an agent, she chose instead TO HANG UP ON ME. I called her back; she was dismissive and weird. I would not recommend this agent, not ever. She is unprofessional and just plain rude.
