Glenda is the greatest. She's been there for my family for many decades now, spanning three properties all the way back to the 90s (long before google reviews). Certainly there are many good realtors in the area, but for me Glenda is the total package-- straightforward, genuine, has the wisdom and relationships needed to be great at her profession that you can only have from doing business in the community for so many years. She helped my father sell one property, buy another, and now has been such a support to me selling my childhood home through an estate settlement. Glenda is the real deal.

Glenda and her entire team are incredible. Glenda is very knowledgeable about the area and offered relevant and helpful information which was not obvious on the surface. The Remax Teams willingness to assist was resoundingly impressive and I even received support in areas outside of a real estate transaction. They went far beyond the call of duty at every juncture. DO NOT USE THIS AGENT. She hung up on me before I could tell her that we were listing the house with an agent; when she received the contact form from a website, it was from me testing the site to see what would happen if I checked the box to contact the owner (me) directly. When she found out I was the owner and it is a FSBO right now, before hearing me say I might be looking for an agent, she chose instead TO HANG UP ON ME. I called her back; she was dismissive and weird. I would not recommend this agent, not ever. She is unprofessional and just plain rude.

Jared Potter and Glenda Feeken were able to help me find the perfect house for me on the Kenai Peninsula. Jared Potter in particular took me to all of the showings, both in person and virtual showings when I was no longer in Alaska but still looking for a home. My favorite thing about working with Jared is I know he sincerely wanted me to find a house that was right for me, not just look for a quick and easy sell. He was patient over many months’ time and I truly feel like he had my back when it came to avoiding something that may be not the wisest purchase. He always knew the facts I needed at the listings, and was quick to find the information on the questions I had if he didn’t know. While Jared was out of town, Glenda showed me the home I ultimately ended up purchasing. She is very knowledgeable in the industry, and I was in great hands in the due diligence and negotiations phase. Communication with both was quick and efficient. Both always took adequate time to explain things to me in a way I could understand. Jared has gone the extra mile even after the buying process, checking in on the house for me until I could get back up to Alaska. It feels nice to be working with someone I feel is 100% trustworthy. I’m extremely pleased with my home buying process with Jared and Glenda and will not hesitate to use them for buying and selling again in the future.
