My wife and I were from out of the state, and Glenda spent significant time to make sure there were plenty of homes for us to view the one weekend we were able to visit, as well as steering us away from homes that she didn't recommend. Once we had decided on a home, the entire process to purchase the home went smoothly, even though we had to do it all remotely. Her and her team were very professional and extremely responsive, and made our move up to Alaska seamless.

She hung up on me before I could tell her that we were listing the house with an agent; when she received the contact form from a website, it was from me testing the site to see what would happen if I checked the box to contact the owner (me) directly. When she found out I was the owner and it is a FSBO right now, before hearing me say I might be looking for an agent, she chose instead TO HANG UP ON ME. I called her back; she was dismissive and weird. I would not recommend this agent, not ever. She is unprofessional and just plain rude.
