DO NOT USE THIS AGENT. She hung up on me before I could tell her that we were listing the house with an agent; when she received the contact form from a website, it was from me testing the site to see what would happen if I checked the box to contact the owner (me) directly. When she found out I was the owner and it is a FSBO right now, before hearing me say I might be looking for an agent, she chose instead TO HANG UP ON ME. I called her back; she was dismissive and weird. I would not recommend this agent, not ever. She is unprofessional and just plain rude.

Glenda is the greatest. She's been there for my family for many decades now, spanning three properties all the way back to the 90s (long before google reviews). Certainly there are many good realtors in the area, but for me Glenda is the total package-- straightforward, genuine, has the wisdom and relationships needed to be great at her profession that you can only have from doing business in the community for so many years. She helped my father sell one property, buy another, and now has been such a support to me selling my childhood home through an estate settlement. Glenda is the real deal.

During the summer, 2014, we worked with Glenda and Jason Feeken to sell our home. They provided excellent service through the entire process. We were especially pleased with how they worked with prospective buyers and handled technical questions and issues during the final sales. We would recommend them without reservation and have done so to those who asked about our sale. Lastly, with their nurturing, the final couple who purchased our home will be well satisfied with the purchase and with their relationship with Team Feeken.
