I worked with Jared Potter this fall to buy my Kenai home and he made it a great experience! It was my 1st home purchase (as a single woman in a new state) and I felt I could trust him and his recommendations and suggestions and he was very easy to work with. He not only helped me find my home but he also helped me navigate the home buying process when my mortgage company wasn't responsive or helpful. If you would like a realtor that isn't pushy, knows the area as well as what its like to move here from another state, Jared is your man. And although I didn't work with Glenda very much, she was friendly and helpful. Really a great team and I would refer my friends to them in a heartbeat!

I cannot say enough great things about Glenda and Team Feeken. I came into their office looking for a rental and even though they didn't deal in rentals they wouldn't let me leave until I had a long list of contacts and numbers to call. The rentals didn't pan out so I came back looking for a home to buy. My family was living in a hotel/camping. We needed a house FAST. Glenda was the perfect person. She got sellers agents going and we were moved in so fast and she took care of all the head aches we dealt with at closing. Amazing, wonderful, caring, so so so many things to describe ReMax Kenai. I once heard a man describe Glenda as a "mover, shaker, go getter". That's exactly what she is!

my fiance and I bought our first house and closed earlier this month. Glenda took us to about 15 house if not more. The first house we stepped into was the one but we wanted to be sure. She helped us thru everything, getting the right loan process for our family to getting us into it as quickly as possible. She was amazing with my daughter who asks alot of questions and is always energized. She will be the one we go thru if we need to buy or sell again.

Jared guided my husband and I through the entire house-buying process. We’re first-time homebuyers, and we’re so glad we went with Jared and the RE/MAX team. We relied on Jared to know the ins and outs of the process, since we weren’t familiar with any of it. He had really good recommendations for a local lender, a good home inspector, and a good title company. He was on top of everything, but also had a really laid-back vibe, which kept stress levels low during what can be an anxious time for many. Glenda was really friendly and warm, too. I have friends who found buying a house stressful, but we actually had a lot of fun looking for and buying our house. I think that’s 100% due to having an excellent team helping us. Whenever we buy or sell again, we’ll be going with RE/MAX.

Glenda and the rest of the team at ReMax of the Peninsula did everything they could to make my home purchasing experience as simple and comfortable as possible. They answered all questions quickly and handled unforeseeable problems with minimal involvement/stress from me.
